Everything started with the courage and entrepreneurial spirit of a woman named Marie-Joseph BEAULIEU.

The story begins with Bouchot mussels in the Mont Saint-Michel Bay, which is, of course, in Brittany!
Charles BEAULIEU joined the family company in 1975 to learn the business and eventually took over from Marie-Joseph.
